JACKSONVILLE, FL – SO IT BEGINS…

Thanks for visiting my new site and checking out my work - including my latest football play-by-play, Jaguars programming, PGA Tour Golf and much more from over 20 years in the industry. There will be more to come as I go through the archives!

Spring is unusually slow this year, as the Jaguars are relatively quiet in free agency and, at the moment, do not hold a first-round draft pick. The veteran players do not come back for the offseason workouts until late April.

We have our weekly podcast on Wednesdays – Huddle Up, where NFL Network analyst Bucky Brooks, Jaguars.com senior writer John Oehser and I sit down each week for an audio only pod. On Thursdays Jags analyst Jeff Lageman and I host Jaguars Happy Hour radio for an hour on 1010XL AM radio in Jacksonville, Jaguars.com and Jaguars YouTube.

Throughout the year, but mainly in the fall, I’ll update you about my travel adventures from Jacksonville to college football locales all over the country, studio work for the Jaguars, plus NFL travel with Westwood One.

You might even see an occasional album, concert, bourbon or cigar review – all things that I love when I’m not working or prepping for a broadcast.

That said, there will be a few personal trips coming up this spring, where I’ll try my hand at some travel reviews/recaps to get it going.
